About B.A.S.I.C.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ (B.A.S.I.C.) was formed in the summer of 2016 in response to an overwhelming burden upon the hearts of what would become the organization’s first executive leadership team. A burden for the spiritual condition of America.

A “grass roots” movement, the formation of B.A.S.I.C. was inspired by the Holy Spirit and quickly began to coalesce around the vision of uniting Christ-followers across all ethnicity groups for the purposes of igniting spiritual renewal throughout America.

Over a period of approximately 18 months, B.A.S.I.C.’s six-member executive leadership team sought the leading of the Spirit of God extensively for inspiration, understanding, and guidance in developing a formal response to the moral precipice confronting our nation. After many months of prayer and deliberation, the team arrived at a position we have titled: “That Which Is.”

“That Which Is” lays out in great detail the framework of a Creator God who divinely prepared and issued a “road map” (Scripture) for guiding any nation state into the experiences of blessing and favor. “That Which Is” follows the course of cause and effect. When God’s decrees are followed exhaustively, favor and blessings follow for that nation. And when those very same decrees are rejected or ignored, significant and painful consequences follow including the loss of divine favor.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ (B.A.S.I.C.) seeks to actively proclaim these grand truths while at the same time working to unify the Body of Christ for the purposes of reclaiming God’s great favor for at least one additional generation of Americans.

Operating as a Spirit-led movement, B.A.S.I.C.’s executive leadership team reflects in large part the diversity that is the Body of Christ to include aspects of race and gender along with varied backgrounds representing the ranks of Higher Education, Law Enforcement, Military, Government, and Clergy.

B.A.S.I.C. operates independently as a 501c3 organization and maintains no denominational or political affiliation.
